You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following:

Unused – no signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

Original packaging – including all tags, boxes, and accessories.

Quality issue – this includes manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or wrong item sent.

If you simply changed your mind but the item has no quality issue, please contact us at info@dickiies.com – we may still accept it on a case‑by‑case basis, but return shipping may not be free.

Free Return Shipping & No Restocking Fee

Return shipping is free for all eligible returns. We will provide a prepaid return label.

No restocking fee – you will receive a full refund of the product price.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@dickiies.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location indicated.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we process your refund.

Refund Timing

After we receive your return, we will inspect and process the refund within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions

Items that have been washed, damaged by misuse, or missing parts are not eligible for return.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately – we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
