Where we ship
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or PO boxes at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the contiguous U.S. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required.
Carriers
We work with a variety of reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional couriers). The carrier for your order will be chosen based on your location and package size. Tracking information is always provided.
Order changes & cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order at info@dickiies.com. Once an order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
